Curriculm-Based Training

ADAPT SportFit Hebraic Academy

This inaugural, year-round, subscription-based virtual/hybrid program is focused on basketball now, with multi-sport tracks launching Fall 2026. We develop positionless “Swiss-Army-knife” athletes who earn minutes in any system, while sharpening role-specific tools through situational reads and athletic development for every tier. Weekly uploads include drill progressions, FILM STUDY, decision-speed work, and DIY workouts, plus live classes, weekly community chats, and leaderboards for submissions.

 

Training runs at least 5 days: Monday–Thursday skill and strength sessions; Friday is for submitting homework, Saturday pop-quiz video challenges, and competitions that earn redeemable points (in-store credit). Select journals and streams are faith-based and always optional, with Sunday Shalom Sundays open for reflection, STREAMS, fellowship, and film study. We deliver bite-size breakdowns and IQ primers tied to weekly themes. New drills and coaching cut-ups drop bi-weekly—train with purpose, log your homework, and convert consistency into confidence.​

Welcome to the ADAPT Skill & Heritage Lab, a standalone or part of our year-round membership where basketball mastery meets culture and craft. Modules feature podcasts and mini-courses from pro players and coaches, front-office staff, skills trainers, and parents who’ve navigated club hoops and recruiting. You’ll also learn from chefs, sport psychologists, neurologists, nutritionists, and PR pros, alongside athletes building ventures in real estate, tech, and training academies. Expect role-specific basketball training and positionless frameworks that sharpen decision speed, footwork, and game-transfer skills.

Each month, deliver via VOD, segments from streams, and DIY assignments with leaderboards challenges. Even bonus submissions convert points into in-store credit; Sunday Shalom streams/journals are faith-based and optional. Join us for live training which may be solely virtual or also conducted during in-person programming; Huddles are built for the whole tribe—parents, athletes, coaches, and trainers. Players in-person and virtually "HUDDLE" so they can look/listen to high-IQ skill instruction while training globally, scaled by skill brackets.  Book your next class on our eSoft scheduling platform, our trusted partner for smooth scheduling, easy check-ins, and instant updates. Each week follows a precise cadence: Weekdays = homework (skills + athletic development), with pop quizzes from the week (via Discord).

 

Weekends = pop-quiz challenges, streams with chats, and competitions that stack leaderboard points redeemable as in-store credit; Shalom Sunday journals and streams are faith-based and always optional as families reflect and reset in a safe space to learn with each other. Any given workout includes coaching feedback (specific or general), film study, and previewing homework that holds all involved accountable. Julian "Coach JuJu" Wright (aka Hebraic Name: Brother Yahulian Ben Sha'ul) and the ADAPT staff guide you through a year-round, subscription-based virtual/hybrid membership that meets you where you are and scales as you grow. Enrollees learn and are tested on athletic, offensive, and defensive skills; core terminology; and schemes that hinder teams from being effective within fast-paced actions, alignments, and coverages. Beyond technique, you’ll absorb on-court tactics and sports-psych layers that build poise, focus, and accountability—the same way academia demands reps and honest work from professors!

Covenant 3000 is our commitment to the first 3,000 households worldwide: curriculum, community, competition, and calling. Five training days anchor each week with Monday–Thursday reserved for DIY workflow, with Friday for homework uploads, and weekend live or on-demand pop-quiz video submissions as well as competitions that earn leaderboard points redeemable as in-store credit. Select journals and Shalom Sunday evening streams are faith-based and always optional, inviting reflection, recovery, and bible/film study without pressure.

ADAPT SportFit's Skill & Heritage Lab

ADAPT SportFit Skill & Heritage Lab is crafted to provide a 360-degree view of all that goes into developing basketball players and their support system athletically, technically, competitively, and creatively. Our catalog of videos will be continuously updated monthly to ensure fresh, relevant content is made available for young athletes to improve whenever it's convenient for them.

WHAT TO EXPECT: access to facilities makes at-will production a breeze, so you get steady, purposeful uploads—not noise and nonsense.

 

ADAPT Playbook: one of our apps which are in beta, gives multi-angle court views to simulate drills, sets, and concepts deployed at times during live streams or pre-recorded content.

For Perspective: one of the first athletically developed two-way positionless (all-purpose) players, Julian “Coach JuJu” Wright demonstrates techniques from multiple positions—athletic, offensive, and defensive—at a professional standard for clear visual emulation.

This is ADAPT: Athletic Development & All-Purpose Training. It’s Skills & Heritage—unapologetically Hebrew in perspective yet open to everyone hungry to build something excellent together. We won’t bury you in endless clips.

 

Regarding Libraries: you wouldn’t drop a 13-year-old at a library and, ten years later, scold them for not passing the MCAT. Structure matters. You’ll get a healthy dose of balanced work—finishing trees, footwork trees, reads and counters—not just No. 1-option offensive skill work.

​

VOD Cadence: we’ll re-upload a small dose of curated, repurposed content (on and off the court) monthly in case members miss a few weeks; it’s supplemental, not filler. We won’t bloat VOD drills to justify an inflated price, unfortunately, among many peers that have fewer credentials and like to meet players at the finish line (already top players as young adults). We’re confident you’re playing games, so our job is to supplement you with elite breakdowns and increase your role and/or productivity!

​

Modern Impact: the goal is to become an effective positionless (all-purpose) well-rounded player who can get to their "sweet spots" offensively with a few counter moves (that's all you need!), punish indecisive help defenses by finding the open player quickly, or jump passing lanes with awareness and anticipation. We’ll democratize elite knowledge via transitional hip turns, shell defense, recovery angles, and defensive positioning habits to turn defense into offense. Expect elite, yet relatable modules, live breakdowns, and occasional panels with current and former pros, coaches, and performance staff (advance notice; some modules may be sold separately).

Choose Your Path: purchase standalone drill progressions or become one of the first 3,000 families (Covenant 3000 members) and get the entire cadence—coaching, structure, leaderboards, and community. Points from homework convert to in-store credit and unlock entries for clinics and showcases as well as raffles to play in one of our Travel Ball tournaments! ADAPT Basketball Huddles

ADAPT Huddles are built for real development, period. In person, we run two overlapping skill brackets because athletes grow unevenly: an intermediate passer might be a progressive rebounder; an advanced defender might still be an intermediate finisher. We place each athlete in the right lane for the day—sometimes to stretch them, sometimes to let them sharpen trainmates in controlled “sparring.”

​

Classes run in mulitple delivery modes throughout the year to keep it fresh. Webinar-style Huddles focus on demo, film, and note-taking. Interactive Huddles open breakout rooms for closer monitoring and quick adjustments. Pricing is the same; time slots are shaped by the first wave of families so cohorts can train when they’re most alert. All programming anchors to Central Standard Time so perhaps, check your device with time zone conversion apps.

​

We stream on Zoom or a secure, customized feed for podcasts, panels, and Shalom Sunday sessions. Streams use DRM (digital rights management) software with visible/invisible watermarks; access is e-mail authenticated. Community lives in Discord with human moderators and smart bots to keep it a safe, accountable space. Faith-based elements are always optional while 80% of our workflow is focused on sports with 20% is focused on spirituality.

Lil’ Huddles—our small-group virtuals—use an AI-enabled platform to analyze movement in real time (shot form, posture, foot angles). Cameras stay on, two-way communication is the norm, and feedback is personal.

​

Standard format (60 minutes): arrive early to self-warm on the sideline;

5-minute guided ramp; 20 minutes of targeted skill work; 15 minutes for deeper dives—1-on-1 skill segments or light competitions; 15 minutes of 3-on-3 and possibly 5-on-5 to transfer skills under pressure and paramaters; 5-minute wrap and homework explanation (we may stream or record coaching staff's talking points and post later onto our secured platforms for members such as replays, VOD, freemium content etc.). As we move into our Chicago or Dallas HQ by Fall 2026, we’ll treat ADAPT Huddles like a production studio—multiple camera angles from coaches and players for court-level clarity. Homework submissions earn leaderboard points redeemable as in-store credit and entries to clinics and showcases. Select journals and Shalom Sunday reflections remain optional, yet encouraged to peep even if families don't participate (no pressure).
